Payment Information

What insurance does your practice take?

Stronger Together Therapy and Doula Support, LLC is currently accepting Highmark, Quest, Quest EAP and Wellspan EAP insurance for therapy. Unfortunately at this time, we can not submit insurance claims for doula services. However, you are able to use your HSA account towards doula support. There is also a committee working towards getting these services covered by insurance. Stay tuned about that!

Can I still see you if I don’t have any of these Insurance plans?

YES! Clients can self-pay or check to see if they have Out-of-Network Benefits through their insurance provider. If you need more information on Out-of-Network benefits, please contact us. Client’s can also use their HSA accounts.

What does self-pay mean?

Self-pay means that you are not using insurance, either because we don’t accept your insurance, or because you don’t want to use your insurance. Some client’s choose not to use insurance due to insurance companies needing personal information from the therapist, including a diagnosis.

All self-pay and uninsured clients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate, part of the No Surprises Act. This form explains costs of services when self-paying. This will be range of potential costs, as it is difficult to know exactly how much and what kind of treatment a client will need. For questions or more information about a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

Self-pay costs: $120 for a “regular” 50-60 minute session

$150 for an intake session

*Doula service costs can be provided per request, as there are many different factors to consider. Some of these factors are (but not limited to): number of prenatal appointments, if providing birth and/or postpartum services; hours of postpartum services wanted.
