Who am I?

A little bit about me.

I was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. I then went to Shippensburg University for my BSW and Millersville University for my MSW. I then sought clinical hours and supervision, and obtained my LCSW. I have been in the mental health field since 2010, but always had a passion for helping others. I have experience working as a behavior specialist, working with families and couples, and working with individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and maternal mental health. After having my own two children, I became a certified doula and a member of Postpartum Support International, to grow my passion of pregnancy, labor and delivery, babies and maternal care. I then completed the trainings and testing to become a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Cerfified). I am so excited to combine my passions of helping others and surrounding myself with mothers, babies and their families, and focus my practice on perinatal mental health, birth and postpartum care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising and staying active, going to the beach, and spending time with friends.
